Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-07

These terms cover your use of the arkush installation at arkush.app, run by Oleh Omelchenko, Kyiv, Ukraine. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The privacy policy describes what we store about you and why.

Beta software

arkush.app is a free public beta with no guarantees, and it can change or stop at any time.

Who can use arkush.app

To build dashboards on the server, you sign in with a Google account, a GitHub account, or a code sent to your email address. You must be at least 16, and old enough in your country to hold the account you sign in with. Your dashboards are private to you until you publish one. Anyone can read a published dashboard without an account.

Some of the service also works without an account. Anything you make that way is stored only in your own browser. If you clear your browser, it is gone, and we have no copy.

What you must not do

Security research is welcome under the terms of our security policy.

Your content

You keep every right you have in the dashboards, data and files you put here. You give us permission to store and display that content only as far as running the service requires:

You are responsible for what you put here and for what you publish.

Removing content

We can remove content, unpublish a dashboard or suspend an account that breaks these terms, creates a legal risk or threatens the service. When the situation allows, we tell you first.

If you find published content that should not be public, write to [email protected].

AI agents

You can connect an AI agent over MCP, the standard that AI tools use to connect to other software. The agent acts as you. It can read and change what you can, and every change it makes is recorded under your account. Connecting an agent sends your dashboard content to the company that runs the agent, under that company's terms. You can disconnect an agent at any time from the account menu.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We make no promise that it will work, that it will keep working or be available, or that anything stored in it will survive. To the extent the law allows, we exclude every implied warranty.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the privacy policy describes. We can end your access if you break these terms.

The software

These terms cover only the hosted service at arkush.app. They give you no rights in the arkush software itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. This page always shows the current version, with its date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version.
